1. Right of return
You have the right to return purchased items within 30 days, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, use the return form included in your pacakage.
The following steps need to be taken in case of return:
- Check the checkbox(es) of the item(s) you wish to return. Please also fill in the reason of your return.
- Pack your item(s) in a box/bag you received the item(s) in, or any other box/bag and include the Return Form.
- Stick the address (see below for details) onto the box/bag.
- Bring the parcel to your nearest drop-off point and collect a receipt.
- Once your return parcel has reached our warehouse, we will process your refund immediately. Please note it may take up to one week for the refund to appear (depending on your original payment method).
NOTE: Please keep the DHL shipping receipt, which is also your return number, until the amount has been refunded to the account used for payment.
All original packaging with pricing, labels and hangtags must be intact. No tape is to be attached to the product or the item(s) packaging. All item(s) must be returned in a box to protect their form. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

2. Right to withdrawal
You have the right to withdrawal. To exercise this right, use the Withdrawal Form and return the document to us. You can use this withdrawal form however, this is not mandatory.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be fourteen (14) days from the date you, or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have/has taken possession of the products, or, where your order contained multiple products which will be delivered separately, delivery of the final Product(s) making up your order (“Withdrawal Period”). To meet the withdrawal period deadlines of 14 days you will need to notify us about the fact that you are exercising your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the relevant withdrawal period.
Because we start to process your order as soon as it is submitted, we might not be able to prevent the shipment. Exceptions can be made only if we haven’t send you the shipping confirmation yet, so please contact us if you would like to cancel your order to see if there is a possibility to cancel.
If you return your products accroding to these instructions and your order qualifies for free returns (see our shipping policy for more info), we shall bear the costs of returning the products. In some cases you can request the carrier pick up the parcel for return but this may result in an extra cost charged to you by the carrier. Returns not made in accordance with the instructions set forth above shall be at your own risk and at your expense.
We shall notify you via email once we have received and processed the returned Product(s).
3. Refund information
If you return your entire order, we will refund the items including the outbound delivery costs. If you return a portion of your order (for example one out of three products), we will reimburse you for the cost of the returned item only. All reimbursements will be paid as soon as possible from the date we receive the returned product(s). We will reimburse you using the same method of payment that you used to make the original transaction, unless we arrange a different method with you; you will not be charged any fees for such repayments under any circumstances. Costs for returning items are pre-paid for most regions (remote areas excluded) in the Netherlands and Belgium. In these cases you will find a pre-paid return label in your package. In case there is no pre-paid return label in your package, this means cost for returning any items are yours.
4. Refund of SALE items
For returning products with a fix discount the same rules apply as above.
If you have ordered an item that will be in SALE at a later stage, we cannot give the discount afterwards.
During tiered promotions, different rules apply. If you return a product during a tiered promotion, the discount tier will be calculated again over the total ordered quantity after return. The difference will be reimbursed with the same method of payment that you used to make the original transaction.
If you would like to order a different size, you can order this online. The discount that will be applied is depending on the quantity of items ordered in your new order (the number of previously ordered items is not taken into account).
5. Exchange policy
Unfortunately cannot exchange products yet. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order. It is only possible to get a refund on returns when the return is in line with our Returns and Withdrawal Policy.
